mptctl_syscall_down - Down the MPT adapter syscall semaphore.

DESCRIPTION¶

All of the ioctl commands can potentially sleep, which is illegal with a spinlock held, thus we perform mutual exclusion here.

Returns negative errno on error, or zero for success.
