Cone radius at the base in the xy plane.

Height of cone in positive z direction.

The number of divisions around the z axis. (latitudal)

The number of divisions along the z axis. (longitudal)
DESCRIPTION¶
The glutWireCone() function draws a wireframe cone with a base in the xy plane oriented in positive z.
CAVEATS¶
The number of line segments representing the conical surface is proportional to (slices*stacks).
