DESCRIPTION¶
The
    zip_encryption_method_supported()
    returns if the encryption method method is supported
    for encryption (if encrypt is zero) or decryption
    (otherwise).
RETURN VALUES¶
Returns 1 if the method is supported, 0 otherwise.
